Your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time the reservation is made, however you may amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to arrival and a full refund will be issued upon cancellation. In the case of a no show or a cancellation inside 24 hours, the total price of the reservation will not be refunded.

Good morning! Wake up & enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast at Distinction Dunedin's Hotel's on-site Parcels Restaurant, leaving you re-fueled for your busy day ahead. Includes FREE unlimited WiFi. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time the reservation is made. NO REFUNDS are permitted on bookings. In the case where cancellation or amendment of a booking is required, the full quoted amount of the reservation will be charged. Guests requiring alternative accommodation dates will need to rebook, no amendments/transfers permitted.

Check in to a luxurious studio or suite at Distinction Dunedin Hotel with complimentary unlimited WiFi. The next morning enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast in Parcels Restaurant from 6am - 10am weekdays and 7am - 10am weekends (excludes room service).
All of our hotel rooms are equipped with a kitchenette including a microwave plus a washer/dryer in the bathroom.
Guests can take advantage of complimentary access to the gym, located on level 3 of the luxury hotel. The well equipped gym is open 24 hours, 7 days a week, perfect for business travellers and those holiday makers with busy schedules.
Parcels Restaurant is also open for lunch & dinner, serving contemporary cuisine and a 24 hour room service menu is available. Drinks are available from 11am until late in the Post Bar.
