In the case where cancellation or amendment of a booking is required, the full quoted amount of the reservation will be charged. From 13 October 2021, if you are unable to travel due to the NZ Government’s COVID-19 response and border restrictions, Distinction Hotels will offer a free date change & hold your original accommodation rate in credit for 1 year from the original travel date. Please contact the hotel immediately if you are impacted by the COVID restrictions and you will be issued with a folio number. To book a new travel date within a year of the cancellation, please phone the hotel and quote this folio number. New bookings are subject to room availability & current rate of the day. Guest will be required to pay the hotel directly if the rate of the day exceeds the credit amount.
