Your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time the reservation is made. NO REFUNDS are permitted on accommodation bookings. In the case where cancellation or amendment of a booking is required, the full quoted amount of the reservation will be charged. Guests requiring alternative accommodation dates will need to rebook, no amendments/transfers permitted. From 13 October 2021, if you are unable to travel due to the NZ Government’s COVID-19 response and border restrictions, Distinction Hotels will offer a free date change & hold your original accommodation rate in credit for 1 year from the original travel date. Please contact the hotel immediately if you are impacted by the COVID restrictions and you will be issued with a folio number. To book a new travel date within a year of the cancellation, please phone the hotel and quote this folio number. New bookings are subject to room availability & current rate of the day. Guest will be required to pay the hotel directly if the rate of the day exceeds the credit amount.
