Distinction Hotels NZ welcome trade and media to publish images with the following conditions:
- The images are intended for use in brochures, posters, editorial publications and tourism related websites to promote Te Anau, Queenstown, Fox Glacier, Wellington, Rotorua, Whangarei or Ruapehu as a destination. Permission must be gained from Distinction Hotels NZ before utilizing any of the images in any other medium.
- The images may not be used for commercial gain without permission from Distinction Hotels NZ (i.e. for use on postcards, calendars, souvenirs, or for the advertising of other products or services).
- On-selling of the images is prohibited. Images used must be credited to Distinction Hotels NZ.
- The images may not be altered or manipulated in any way.
Breach of these conditions may result in prosecution under the Copyright Act 1994.
