Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? Distinction Mackenzie Country Hotel is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Front Office team.

About the role:
This is a multi-task, guest-focused position where you will be the first point of contact from check-in to departure. You will handle guest enquiries, assist with reservations and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations within our busy hotel environment.

What we’re looking for:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, professional attitude and strong customer service focus
• Availability for early morning or evening shifts on a rotating 7-day roster
• Team player with attention to detail

Training provided:
Full training on our booking & reservations system will be provided for the right candidate.
